My goal as a therapist is to help individuals and families overcome life’s struggles and create positive long-term change. With over ten years of experience working with children and adults, a degree in Psychology, and postgraduate work in behaviour analysis, counselling, hypnotherapy and mindfulness meditation, I have developed a thorough understanding of behaviour, psychological development
